Hi, currently I'm having a tank 7ft x 30inch wide x 24 inch high, I'm wondering which pump should i get? A gyre XF250 dual pump or gyre XF280 dual pump?

We would recommend the 280s. You can always slow down a pump but if you are running a smaller pump at 100% and it is still not enough, you are stuck with them.
