Hello, I have been using the autoaqua smart ato for a few months now and the overfill alarm goes off randomly to the point where I can no longer use it. Is there something I can do to fix this problem? Thank you.

How big of a sump or reservoir are you filling? Is the flow from the pump have decent pressure? Do you have any photos of the installed Smart ATO? Have you unplugged the unit and reset it?

I am filling an 18 gallon sump. I have decent pressure coming from the pump. I have unplugged and reset the unit. This has happened several times and I have to unplug the unit to get the alarm to stop. I have also had problems with the unit not filling my sump when the water level drops so maybe it's an issue with the lens? No pictures right now but I can get some later.

What color leds are lit when the audible alarm goes off? Is this happening when power to the system is shut off?

I'm not sure but I think the light is flashing red. This only happens when the system is running. So, the water level does not fluctuate to trigger the overfill alarm. Also, it has on several occasions failed to top off my system causing the pump to run dry. It seems there is a problem with the lens.
