Kamoer doser app issue

I set up my doser and have been using it for a couple months. Now all of a sudden when I op a new the app it ask me to agree to the user agreement and privacy agreement but given me no option to do so e xcept to read them. The buttons below are ghosted out. What happened? Also we are a dealer of Vcoralvue products.

Please submit a support ticket at support.coralvue.com with a screenshot of what page you are seeing so we can look into it. Sometimes when you don't see the option you may need to set your mobile device screen to standard as it may be magnified which may hide the enter button.
