I have a VarioS 6 water pump that has stopped working. The impeller will start spinning but then the 15 and 60 min lights will start flashing then the impeller stops spinning. Is this just a simple fix of buying a new impeller or are there other issues that are causing this to happen?

It is hard to tell. When was the last time you gave the pump a good cleaning? Take the pump apart and soak it in water/vinegar solution overnight. That may help if the issue is calcium buildup.

I’m having the same issue and mine has been used 6 months. Started the flash... soaked, completely stripped and put it all back together... will then on for 5 seconds maybe 10 seconds and then back to the double flashing red lights... help please and thanks in advance!

I’ve had the same issue. Customer service wasn’t much help. Due to my inability to provide proof of purchase, all they would tell me was to buy a new impeller. I ordered 2 when they finally came in stock just so I’d have a spare and neither impeller cured the problem. With luck I’ve been able to get the pump working but anytime it stops due to power outages, maintenance, etc; I have a hard time getting it going again.
