My khguardian will not power up!

My brand new khguardian does not do anything when I plug it in.

When it first arrived on Saturday I opened it up, and made an unboxing video to upload to YouTube.

However I did not hook anything up at that time.

The next day I worked on choosing the layout and how I would route everything to set it up. I set it in place and plugged it in. It did power up, I was able to log in and connect with the KHG without issue. I then unplugged the unit.

I did not go any further with the set up because I decided to purchase a scale to accurately weight my reagent water.

Today I recieved my scale and was ready to complete my installation and start using my KHG.

I hooked it up, after plugging it in, the red light of the optical sensor started to blink. Then stopped. The screen never came on and so I unplugged the unit, checked everything over, checked for power, and plugged it back in.

NOTHING.

The unit does not make any noise, it does not beep, the optical sensor does not blink. Nothing happens.

Please help!
