Kamoer F1 dosing pump not working with app

First off terrible instructions if any at all. Second it is stuck on military time. Third it is not dosing correctly with the time ? It is set to dose once it is dosing numerous times ? I had to pull the line out so it doesn’t screw my water perameters up. Help would be appreciated or this pump needs returned !!!!!
