I don’t know what’s going on. I had some noise in my pump the other day so I took it apart and cleaned it thoroughly and now I’m burning up dry bushings on the left side in alternating gyre mode every few hours I have to change the rubber grommets because it’s chewed it up so I’ve replaced them three times and don’t know what’s causing it because when I put it back together it runs perfectly and silently for a little bit and then it starts to tear it up I’ve changed that driver parts as well. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It sounds like either the propellers are worn out (where the propeller meets the shaft) or the bushings on the outside of the cages are worn out. If one of those two is worn out, it will cause other parts to wear out faster.

It is the same as having a car with out-of-balance tires. It will cause the tires, the breaks, tierods, and more to wear out faster.

I totally understand that but I just installed new propellers and bushings two months ago they shouldn’t be worn out already

His parts only have a two month lifespan then that needs to be stated and getting parts for these things is ridiculous they never have the alternating dryer kit parts available I need the B rotors and you can’t even get them

The propellers usually do not wear out that fast, and they can last for years, but it all depends on the tank and if things are getting into the pump. If you have small snails, then it does not matter if the unit is brand new. If the snail goes into the propeller, there is a chance that the propeller will break. Propellers and bushings are considered wearable parts and are not covered by the warranty. If you want, create a private ticket, and we will do everything we can to help you this time.
