Coralvue sent a new replacement Impeller for my pump and it's still not working. At this point I think it's the DC pump controller is broken or something. I have been messing with cleaning the whole unit for a week hoping it will work but still no good.

New update: my replacement Impeller that was sent to me on Monday is too big. The cap to the pump is rubbing agasint it so the pump turns off. Please send me a right Impeller for 3500s pump(Varios 4-S). I can send back the one that was sent to me.

I didn't order the Impeller. Carlos just sent it to me since mine wasn't working and I bought it a year ago. I have the ticket # that the Impeller was sent from: KEF-ZQJRB-376

I am sorry. Was not aware there was yet another ticket open. I have located the original ticket and will have a replacement impeller sent out once we see if the original impeller works after the seized bushing is freed from the shaft and inserted into the pump.

I already tried that. I was able to remove the bushing to put it inside the pump then attache the Impeller. Still not coming on. I think the Impeller is way too damaged.
