Octopus 6S DC pump

Hi ! I have skimmer over a year, I buy from AquaCave last 4 months I shutdown my tank moving . Now I setup my tank again but skimmers happen , when I turn on them run 1-2 seconds then off , and I see the left control they on red 15min-60min . Can you help me please.
