I have a four modules set of the Mazarra P leds. The problem is that on three modules, exactly the same two leds are not working.. I suspect that the problem could be the controller not the led chips. Any subjections are welcome. The module that is beside the control is working perfectly. Thanks for reply... Ramon

Ramon,
I doubt that it would be the controller, never seen that happen before. Which color LEDs are out?

Saludos Mr. Chris. If you look the module at the front. The LEDs that are out are the one that is at the right front corner and the one at the left rear corner. Are kind of blue in color. Im not sure but may be channel D of the modules. Thank you for your help.. Ramon

I think you are referring to Actinic 420nm LEDs, are they purple in color when lit?

Yes I think so; They are purple when were lit. Do you believe all the problem are the LEDs that went out of service? I wonder the chance that all the same on 3 modules of 4 I have were out the same time. As I wrote you, there is 1 module working perfectly. Please let me know if you have the replacement chips needed. How munch will cost? Thanks again... Ramon

Ramon,
The LED part number is CV-MAX-PS420, there is a one year warranty on the Maxspect LED. You can also purchase the LEDs off of our website.
