Why does my icecap ATO continue to beep when trying to top off? It tries to pump, but just beeps and beeps and beeps and beeps. I have to lift the five gallon jugs manually to top off all day. It’s less than a year old!

Please open up the pump and pull out the impeller...is the magnet impeller cracked or swollen?

No it appears to be normal. This is a replacement pump that CoralVue sent me in June when I was having this very same issue.
