Wanted to know what your warranty details are on the pumps that comes with this skimmer. I've had it under 1 year , however the pump is no longer working. The main reason I purchased this product was the because if the name and it's so called reliability. If you can please email me back some info on what the warranty steps are , time frame , cost ( if any )

Please use the "Submit a Ticket" link on the right and be sure to include serial number on the back of the pump plus a copy of the sales receipt. Once we have that information, we can assess the situation and do what's needed to fix it.
