I have an Icecap ATO and when I plug in the device it fills up to where the sensor is then stops perfect then blinks and sounds the alarm. If I click the button the sound goes away but still flashes. Then when the water drops below the lower marker (at this time it is still flashing red but no sound). Once it is below the lower sensor it fills to the top sensor and sounds the alarm again until I click the button then we are back in the loop. I've reset it so much. I basically let it fill up the when it starts flashing red and making noise I unplug until I notice the water drops.

When I said lower sensor I realized there is no lower sensor just the water sensor and the upper emergency sensor. So what I meant is the water drops lower than the sensor fills up to the sensor and it is designed to do then stops, flashes red and sounds the alarm until I click the button then it continues to flash red (one more click turns it off) and stops the alarm until the water fills again.
