Gyre XF330 motor not working.

I noticed that the gyre wasn't working after coming home from work today. I purchased it on December 4, 2019. First I unplugged the pump from the controller, then power cycled the pump. Still nothing. I proceeded to take it all apart to see if it was a simple fix. I took the bushings out cleaned everything and put it together and tried it again. Nothing yet. Took it back out and just kept the shaft in place without the guards so I could put my ear to the motor and see if it was doing anything at all. Then I heard it spin for a brief second and stall again. It would do this every time the controller went from 0% up to + whatever but it would not try turn again if it was going from let's say +20% to +40%. All the bushings spin quite freely and are nice and clean even before I took it apart.
Your help would be greatly appreciated. Corals are looking a bit sad.
