Gruesome 150 - Impellor

I am having a problem with the red light coming on. Took the entire system apart to clean it and then got it put back together. It will run for one or 2 cycles and then seize up again with red light. After inspecting the impeller it is not smooth and seems that what may be causing the seizing. This is the second impellor I have as the first one deteriorated due to leakage and expansion. I guess I can get another impellor but I hope I don't have to do this every 6 months.
