hello.. I purchased a NWB-200 on Sep 18, 2013. It has recently started to make noise, i opened the pump to fing the impeller wheel had cracked and had a piece pulling off. Also wile cleaning i noticed that this had caused wear to the inside of the pump case.

I have a well stocked SPS tank without a skimmer right now. how do i go about getting it replaced under warrantee?

Also can you recommend a better pump that might be "more reliable"? Hope this is just an isolated event.

Thanks!!

Chris,

Please use the "Submit a Ticket" and be sure to include the pump's model and serial number plus attach proof of purchase and we will send out a new shaft or impeller depending on what you need.

Please submit a ticket and include pictures of the damaged parts so we can send you the correct parts. But please, include proof of purchase and serial number so I can start the claim process. I cannot do that without them.

It would be on the back of the pump below the sticker. What is the model number of the pump?

Please use the "Submit a Ticket" and be sure to include proof of purchase and current shipping address. Once we have that information, we will send out a new impeller.
