Despite running now for a few months, this unit vibrates at an audible level no matter what the set percentage. Anything over 10% and you can hear the unit throughout my main floor of my house. So basically I need to keep it on a steady flow at 10% and not use any of the other modes. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Have you tried swapping the propellers AND cages just to rule them out? Swap them with the spare set that is included in the box.
