After battling the connection issues, I have finally been able to connect. Pump calibrated without issue and was able to set up my schedule. However, my schedule is not active. I am dosing kalk, which has a direct influence on my pH. I am using a Neptune apex, and also testing with my Red Sea test kits several times and not seeing any fluctuation in my pH or alkalinity. I have sat next to my pump (using the app time, because it can never sync) to see if I can see it dose. It never doses. I can manually dose and it works fine. If I manually dose using the app and I choose 600 ml it will dose 600 ml. It just will not dose on a schedule. I am getting really tired of this pump and the app not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated
