Can’t update software on several x1 pro 2

My pumps have started dosing at weird times and the pump doing alkalinity randomly stopped for a full day. When going into the app I’m constantly getting a time sync issue, I’ve noticed that in the latest software version this has been fixed. When I click on software update I can see it downloading and then it just stops at %99. Tried multiple devices but they all the same. All of my Kamoer x1 pro 2 pumps are exactly the same and won’t update
