The water level on my bh2000 seems very low. The bubbles don't come to much higher than the inlet pipe. How do I solve this problem?

Sorry it took me a few to get back. Anyways, it's still happening. The skimmer was purchased from BRS last October. I've attached a few pics. It's well seasoned. It's been like this for weeks now. Help please. Thanks.

Have you taken the pump apart to check that the venturi (air intake adapter) is not obstructed or that the pinwheel, magnet or shaft are not cracked or broken?
