I am new to Apex so that doesn't help. I'm trying to create a schedule with the power heads. However I can not get them to work at all using Apex and the Icecap Module.

Currently I have the power supplies plugged into the energy bar. I have Two Y cables plugged into the variable speed ports.

I have one end of each Y cables plugged into the module.

Nothing happens with the pumps other then them running in reverse at the same low speed. To make it even more confusing, if I unplug the Y cables the pumps still spin in reverse.

I currently have to use the controllers the Icecap 3k came with.

Unplug the units from the Energy bar and plug them to regular outlets. That is probably causing your problems. You turn them off via the Variable Speed Port (Speed = 0) and not the ON/OFF switch. Save the EB outlets for other items that can only be using a basic ON/OFF setting.

Carlos, I have tried that unfortunately. The pumps only run in reverse at one speed no matter what I have set under the wizard for the variable speed port in Apex. This has been very frustrating and I can't seem to get any direction.

I have the variable speed port 1/2 turned on. I have the Icecap Y cables plugged into the variable speed port 1/2. The two ends of the Y cable go into a Icecap Module. ( I have 2 3k modules since I have 2 3k pumps) I have the power supply for each pump going to the module, and I have the pumps connected to each module. They run in reverse only. I have the power supplies plugged into a outlet not the energy bar. I don't understand what I'm missing.

There has to be something wrong with these modules... Is there a way to re-set them?
