Sorry for the issues you are having with your Kamoer doser. It's possible you may have multiple things preventing you from connecting your pumps to your new network. To unbind the pumps you would have to do so within the app. I am not sure if that is necessary and would have to consult with Kamoer to be certain. With your new network, we need to make sure the new network is configured properly for your 2.4ghz dedicated items.
It sounds like the doser may be attempting to access your network but a signal cant is located. When connecting to a 2.4ghz router and using an android device make sure that in the settings devices are searchable is enabled. Please make sure you are connected to a dedicated 2.4ghz on your network and on your phone, also, make sure your router is NOT a dual-band switching router, if it is, it may be switching over to 5ghz to connect the pump. It is best if the 5ghz band is turned off during the binding process. The doser will only connect to a solid 2.4ghz signal and it is best for each signal to have its own unique SSID. Here is a little description of how to get 2.4ghz from most routers: https://support.rotimatic.com/en/articles/2151833-how-to-setup-2-4-ghz-wifi
Failed Binding Pump Procedure:
1. Completely kill the app on your phone and then open it again. Plug the pump into power and long-press the Reset button on the front panel for 6sec and then release.
2. Wait for the blue status indicator to turn on and off indicating it has entered AP network distribution mode.
3. With the phone connected to the 2.4ghz wireless network or 2.4g hotspot, open the Kamoer Remote App, log in and add a device with the + icon in the upper right corner.
4. Follow what the app prompts and select AP network Configuration in the upper right corner and follow the app instructions for the final setup. When successful the indicator on the pump will be a static blue indicating the pump has connected to the cloud and the binding is complete.
