I've had the SMART ATO installed on my sump for the past few months and it seems that daily I have to perform a reset because it is playing the audible tune indicating that the resevoir is empty. My 7 gallon resevoir is refilled regulary and is never empty when the alert sounds. The pump is sitting on the bottom of the resevoir with no visible restrictions or impairments. Once reset, the device works again, topping off properly for another 12-24 hours before again alerting me of the condition that doesn't exist. The middle of the night resets are becoming quite annoying - and it doesn't appear I can leave the tank for more than a day without the alert bringing the topoff function in my tank to a halt. Any suggestions on how to get this false alert to stop?
