Purchased new OTP 2000 pump for calcium reactor. Original impellor went bad and ruined the housing. I did try to replace the impellor but it's still grinding away. I ordered a replacement from coralvue and this is what was sent. Same exact model pump but the exit size and custom glued on fitting (other half of union) don't exist. Photo attached, new pump on the right. is this just user forum or do the company reps answer these questions? Where is the customer service phone number??

Sorry for the inconvenience. There are two versions of the OTP pump. The GT with the larger gray fitting and the NW with the smaller adapter. Both pumps are listed on the website with their respective pictures and the GT warns you of the larger output fitting.

Carlos thanks for answering quickly. The order number is 100001572. When I searched for the pump I did it with the info tag on the pump which is OTP2000. Never saw the other 2 versions that you sell. Need to get this swapped out quickly as possible since the pump has now failed and I'm running without a calcium reactor.
