Gyre 150 help

Gyre not even dirty, but red light came on so cleaned it by the manual put back in tank and, red light looked in help section did what last red light problem did and did what Carlos suggested but motor hums shaft not turning this gyre is less then 5 months old so how do I get warenty help for third broken gyre???
