maxspect r420 blue lights stopped working.

The 2 rows of 3 lights on each of the outside and the one in the middle of the fixture have stopped working. Could this be a power supply problem or sumething else? Thanks, Tim

I believe one or more of the LED boards may have a bad chip that is draining the power on the blue channel. Please let me know if you are willing to open up the Razor, remove the lens cover and take photos of all three LED boards.

If you are willing to send in for service we will replace all LED pads and upgrade to the 120 degree reflectors for $100.00 + return shipping.

Otherwise you can purchase the LED pads / reflectors and install yourself.

It's 3 years old, so out of warranty. I have the box it came in so I will pack it in that and in another box. Can you give an idea of the return shipping, I'm in Indiana and how long will this will take to repair.
