I also have a 170 reactor and have had many problems. I was sent a new churn wheel that at least got it running. But it still occasionally stops on it's own, and it consistently freezes when there is a power outage. I live in So. Florida where thunderstorms cause brief power outages. When the power goes out, the smaller partially dissolved pellets fall beneath the churn wheel. When power is restored and flow is reestablished, the pellets jam the wheel. I submitted a ticket requesting a resolution and the reply I received was that I should buy a back up power supply. Which only confirms to me that while the churn wheel seems like an innovation, it's clearly a flawed design that should be pulled from the market until it works as advertised without placing our expensive livestock at risk.
