My pump will not stay working. Ive replaced bearings already. If I wiggle the wire going into the pump it works but won't stay working long. I've lost some livestock recently and am now wondering if my pump is feeding voltage into my tank.

It make a noise every 10 seconds or so like it's trying to start but doesn't.
