Everything is fine as far as connectivity. It’s just when I go to plan my dose, when I select how many milliliters I want only the keypad comes up and nothing changes no matter what number I type. It seems that when I click on (10.0 mil + ) to change it only the keypad comes up and no screen with the numbers I’m typing spread only keypad and is essentially stuck after I click on that nit allowing me to create a dosing plan

I tried uninstalling the app but still the same problem I’m using the x1 pump app but maybe I could use a different app ?
