Maxspect 150

Hi I bought a maxspect 150, about 5 months ago, from local fish store. Been running great, came home to it not running, and a blinking red light. Took it apart, reassembled still red light no movement. Just wondering what I need to do to get this fixed, as soon as possible. Thank you

Please do the following:

Remove the cages and the propellers from the motor block until you are left with only the motor block and the exposed shaft. Then go ahead and power up the pump and see if the shaft spins. The motor should run for about 10 seconds and then shut off as the controller detects the lack of water drag from the motor running without propellers. This is normal.

Does the motor run?
Does the shaft spin?
Is the pump completely dead?
Are the controller lights on?
Is the LED light on the power supply on?

controller does come on, but like you said 10sec then back to red blinking light. and shaft jerks, then nothing, and shaft does not spin.
