We are a small LFS in Ft Worth TX. We carry your skimmers and one of the new arrivals has a cracked fitting. Unfortunately it is the pumps outlet that is cracked, so a new pump seems to be whats needed. Thanks for your time.

Please provide me with your proof of purchase, shipping address, serial number off the back of the pump and a photo of the damage. Once those items are provide I will have a replacement shipped to you and this ticket will be updated with tracking information when made available.
