The impeller works when I do not have the cover on, but as soon as i place the impeller cover back on it stops working. I was looking at the impellers and was wandering if the new impellers some with the shaft and if the shaft is connected to the impeller or is a seperate piece.

The pinwheel should be fully attached to the shaft. If it is not and it comes loose, please use the "Submit a Ticket" link to the right to see if your pump is still under warranty. If so, we can send you a new impeller.
