I have had the Smart ATO micro for almost two week. Today every time the system is refilling or pumping it also sounds an alarm. The reservoir is not empty (water pumps during the alarm) and there are no bubbles anywhere around the sensor. What else can be causing the alarm every time a refill occurs?

Please make sure the optical sensor is clean. Is there any LED indication on the sensor during the alarm? This will indicate the issue.

When the refill occurs the LED flashes between Red and Blue while the pump operates. I have cleaned the sensor and will evaluate. Thank you
