I have a Gyre 330 that is sputtering and vibrating a lot. This began after I cleaned it. Bad bushings?

Attached video. The sound has subsided, but at the 7 second mark you can see it is sputtering. The pump is on a ramping variable speed mode and the sputtering is particularly prevalent at low RPM.
