Maxpect Razor R420R 120W - Blue Leds not working

Hi from South Africa,

I have two Maxpect Razor R420R 120W light units and they worked fine until few weeks ago when the outer Blue LED lines on both LED pads on both lights stopped working.

From what I have read here on the advice given to your other customers, it seems that I have the usual issue of the blue LED lines on the LED pads giving in

The system powers up fine and the inside lines on both system works fine (two blue, warm white, yellow) and the controller works just fine. The driver card have no burn marks and I can see nothing suspicious on the LED pads.

Is there a way I can test the driver pad to determine if they work fine?

There is no maintence service here in South Africa and I will have to resort to repairing the units myself. I have a friend visiting USA at the moment and he can bring parts back for me.

Regards
Wessel

I recommend replacing all of the LED pads, upgrade to the 120 degree reflectors and replace the driver board.

The parts can be purchased from our website.

The 15000K version replaced the 16000K.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
