IceCap algae scrubber LEDs dying

My LEDs on my IceCap algae scrubber are flashing at a very low intensity. I've isolated them to their own outlet and it doesn't change anything. There is no moisture bear the connections or the switches in the line. There is also no salt or water that entered the compartment where the LEDs are. The unit is less than a year old.
