Hi. I just got my skimmer. It was missing the 3 o rings for the pump side. I’m trying to register the product but it wants a serial number. There is no serial number on it anywhere. Is there a number I can call to get the missing o rings?

The serial number can be found on the back of the pump.

S o-rings are already integrated into the adapter. They are preinstalled. The other two we can definitely send out. Please create a private ticket so we can get some personal information from you and get the o-rings sent out. Make sure to include proof of purchase and the serial number on the back of the pump.
