I don't have a camera available or cell phone. The bubbles are coming out of the back end of the pump where the red cap is.Is there a part i lost? When i take the red cap off there is the hole on the end of the pump. Can't tell from the part sheet if there should be something there.

Here are some pictures of what the pump should look like. Hopefully you can compare them to your pump at home and see if something is missing...

BTW, the pump you have was discontinued many many years ago and most likely it is out of warranty already and may need to be replaced.

Carlos,
Those pics don't help me.What i need is a pic or part list with the red cap off so i can see if i am missing anything from the pump.I would think there is some type of diagram of a part list.On my instructions there is a diagram of the skimmer with all of the parts.Where it says about the plastic cap it says open the plastic cap for 03.Can someone tell me what that means?
Thanks Gary

There is no parts list for the pump. No parts list was provided to us by the manufacturer. If you send us a picture of the pump, I will be happy to tell you what parts you are missing.

Ah, unfortunately you will need a new pump. The body has been compromised. You would need the following replacement pump:

No adapter is needed for your skimmer.

The back cover of the pump came off and water is going inside the pump now.

The cover goes back on.There is no fix for this?I thought the cover was to come off.Looks like the skimmer is working ok.That pump you showed me is 300.00 dollars? When my skimmer was new it was under 400.00.Any other pumps that would work that is not DC?

We highly recommend against running a pump that way.

Why wouldn't you run it like it is?I didn't pry the cover off with any tools just my fingers.Wouldn't think you could pry the cover off with your fingers if it was fixed. What other pumps would work that is not DC?

I am sorry it is not what you were looking for but you asked us a question and we are providing you with the answer. We strongly discourage you from running the pump that way. It is our recommendation that the pump be replaced.

Unfortunately the only pump that will fit that skimmer is the VarioS-4S. We cannot force to not use the pump as it is your decision but we highly recommend against it.

The housing has been compromised and the electrical inner parts of the pump may be exposed to water.
