Bluetooth and figured out red light means the unit is working; and, if I remember, if unit (X1) is not connected via bluetooth a blue light on bottom of unit turns on.

Red blinking light means program is ready and working but lost clock so time of day may be wrong.

I confirmed that it is still pumping correct amount daily but Bluetooth not working so support is sending replacement.
