Varios 2S pump and Classic 150-INT Skimmer

The varios 2S pump kit comes with a 1" union and thread adapter for the outlet of the pump. This clearly will not fit the union on the 150-INT skimmer. What's the correct adapter needed so that the new pump can be used on the listed skimmer.

If you purchase a Varios pump separate from a skimmer it will not come with the adapter needed specific to a certain skimmer unless you purchase the pump from us and specify the skimmer.
You will need an output adapter: https://www.coralvue.com/reef-octopus-pump-output-adapter
40mm thick, threaded.

I apologize but you need the 32mm thick threaded adapter NOT the 40mm

I purchased the fitting you recommended and it's the same one that came packaged in the varios 2S box. While it does thread onto the pump, it will not fit the union that ships on the classic 150-INT. The union on this skimmer is smaller. To relate it, the skimmer is roughly a 3/4" union and the one supplied is a 1" union. Clearly this is not going to work. Please advise what the actual adapter should be. You list the adapter option for this skimmer when buying from your website...very frustrating.

You purchased the 32mm adapter?

Yes, I ordered the exact adapter you referenced. I think I've narrowed this down. The union that's glued to the skimmer is a 25mm union and the union/adapter for the varios 2S pump is a 32mm. The union that came in the box goes from 32mm thread to 1" slip. What needs to happen is the 32mm thread needs to adapt down to a 25mm male union. From what I can see is that I'd need a 32mm slip union, 32mm to 25mm bushing, a foot of 25mm pipe and a 25mm slip union. Unless you have something else to adapt it. However, for some reason I can't even add those two unions to the cart on your website; it keeps saying quantity needed.

If the union on your skimmer is a 25mm union then you do not have a 150INT

The sticker/tag on the skimmer cup says "Classic 150-INT" and has a aquatrance 2000 pump just like the parts breakdown shows on the reef octopus website. If you look at the technical data on their website it labels the outlet of the pump as 25mm on both the classic 110/150 INT; the only one that's listed as 32mm is the 200 INT.

So, how do I get the parts I listed in the previous comment as your system will not let me order the two unions I need to convert down.

I apologize, you are correct it is a 25mm union, all you need is a 25mm thin output adapter: https://www.coralvue.com/reef-octopus-pump-output-adapter
