I purchased AQ2000S to replace OTP2000 last week. You said it was the correct replacement but when it arrived today the output is on the top of the AQ2000S & it is off the side of the original OTP2000

Sorry for the inconvinience. If your original OTP 2000 pump had the large grey threads the Aquatrance 2000s should mount directly to your in sump skimmer with the use of the included union. If this is not the case please submit a support ticket with photos of your skimmer, the old pumps output and your new pumps output to coralvue.com/support.
