Seems like I need an O-Ring for my volute (I think that is what it's called). I looked in your parts section but doesn't seem like you sell O-Rings. But I did find an OTP Volute Cover which seems like it has the O-Ring attached to it. I was planning on purchasing that but noticed I have to select either 1000, 2000 or 3000 model. I looked at my volute but could not see any model. Everything is functional right now so I don't want to disconnect all the plumbing just so I can turn over the Volute to see the model. Is there any other way to determine which one I need to select? Can I determine which model it is by the dimensions?

I've added some pictures.

Thanks....

The model of the pump would be found on the back of the pump.

Thank you Carlos for the quick response. I followed up on your suggestion and looked at the back of the pump where the electrical cord is coming out from. What I see there is the company logo with the name 'Octopus' printed across. Right under that, I see 'Made in China'. Does that mean I have to go to China to find my model? :-)

In any case, I hope you don't suggest me to look at the bottom of the pump since that is inaccessible unless I start unhooking the pump from the plumbing, which I'm not prepared to do now. Is there any other way to make the determination.

By the way, I think I found what may be the model of the Skimmer itself. I would think there would be a standard pump packaged with that Skimmer. Hope that helps.

I guess it would help if I gave you the model number of the Skimmer I was able to find. It is: CV Skimmer Recirc Octopus 250 gal

I looked through your existing models. Although I purchased my skimmer about 3 years ago, it looks almost exactly like DNWB 200 Recirculating Protein Skimmer on your website. The only difference is that all the plumbing is either gray or black and the cap is black instead of red.

All OTP pumps look the same except they are different size. So unless you look at them right next to each other, it is hard to gauge which pump you have.

If you have a DNWB200, then you would have an OTP 3000 pump but the only way to really know is by reading the label attached to the pump which will have the actual model number.
