I have a CR5000 with the Water Blaster Blaster 3000 pump and the vibration is just a bit loud under the stand. I was wondering if this can be replaced by the VarioS 6 Pump that's on the CR220?

Just to confirm, is the pump that come with CR5000 a WB3000 or WB5000? On BRS website it says 3000 but other sites show 5000. I'm not home so I can't look at the pump.

Reef Octopus got back to me and as I suspected, the VarioS will not work with the CR5000 reactor. The union size AND location does not match that of the Water Blaster pump. Sorry about that.

Sorry about that. It does not look like they will do that because they have a new line of Reactors coming out that will have the VarioS pump.
