I have a 6 foot 210 gallon tank
I have 2 xf280
I have one on the top left horizontal
I can't place the second one horizontal on the right side

but not sure if its better place the second one vertical on left or on the right
also when i place it on alternating gyre mode should i be using A/B OR A/A bushings
I know its subjective but i haven't seen anyone using one vertical and one horizontal
any benefits?

You can place the gyres any way you want them. At the end of the day, only you and your tank will know if the position is right. Every tank is different with different rock work, corals, fish, substrate, shape and so forth. What works for one person may not work for other. The only way to know what works for you is to test different locations until you find something that works for your tank. Sorry there isn't really a straight answer to your question.
