Hydros Wave Engine LE Power Supply Light Blinks Dim Bright

I have a Hydros Wave Engine LE. I believe that It is not under warranty. I noticed that my Gyres were attempting to start for about one second, about every five seconds. I'm not sure what the lights were doing. I think that the lights were not fitting a pattern with white lights flashing occationally and perhaps others.

I cleaned the pumps and reconnected them. They continued to cycle as before. I left the garage. thinking the unit would reset and start but the next day the unit appeared to be dead.

The power supply's green light cycles like the timing listed above ...bright for above one second and dim for about five. With the unit disconnected from the power supply it stay a solid green.
