Hi i have a regal 200 int older model with the red controller module. I tested it when I got it and everything worked great. I tried to turn it on to start it in my new setup and my controller powers on, all lights flash on and then it goes dark. There is a red light i can see along the right side behind the controller.

Have you tried taking the pump apart to see if something is jamming the impeller?

I was sure there wasn’t as it is a brand newly setup tank so nothings run down into the sump to get into it. I checked anyways and took it apart and no issues with intake or impeller

Is the light on the power supply stay ON? if the light is ON, then the issue is either the controller or the pump's impeller. The unit comes with a 2-year warranty so please go ahead and submit a private ticket and be sure to include proof of purchase as well as the serial number on the back of the pump. If the power supply turns OFF then the issue is the power supply. Once the power supply is OFF, then everything connected to it will be OFF as well.

Ok well the power cord that plug to the wall still lights up green. So my issue is most likely with the controller correct?

I just asked you that and you said it turns off. Does the green LED on the power supply stay ON?

Then the issue is the controller or the pump's impeller. Unfortunately it is hard to tell which one is the issue unless you swap them with new ones and run the pump.
