Gyre XF330 Pump Only (2350 GPH) - Stopped working

Hello, I have two Gyre XF330 (pre cloud edition) pumps on one controller. One pump stopped working recently. I have since cleaned this pump with no success. The pump doesn’t even produce any noticeable vibration when it’s plugged in. I also checked the controller outlet by switching the plugs on the working pump and it still works regardless of whether it’s plugged into outlet A or B. I would like to know what other options I can try or how to send this in for servicing.

I ordered this item from BRS May 13 2023.

Thank you for contacting CoralVue. As of Tuesday, August 30, 2022, CoralVue is no longer the distributor for the Maxspect product line. Per the manufacturer's request, all product questions and support are now handled directly by Maxspect.
