Yes, unplug the controller and then press and hold the center dial and connect the controller to power. As the controller starts, keep pressing the center dial until you see a menu. One of the options there is to reset. Once reset, the disconnect the controller normally and reconnect and the controller should be back to factory settings.

Thank you for your, response. I tried your o instructions, but it didn't reset. I was asking because I have 2 fx250 installed along with the advanced controller. About 2 weeks ago pump A starting shutting off. I tried switching the pumps and it worked for a day then started shutting off again. What can you advise me to do . The pumps and controller are not 6 weeks old. Thank you.

You will need to submit a private ticket and one of the reps will help you. Please be sure to include proof of purchase as well as the serial number on the back of the dry magnet.

Yes, If you want to go lower than that you will need to create your own custom flow.

Hi Carlos, I got the same issue, done factory reset and its still saying off, only recieved it today both worked on start up and now only A will work. B pump will work in A socket so its not wiring could it be firm ware or so.ething in it?

It could be. Did you try upgrading the firmware to the latest version? Otherwise, if the controller is still under warranty, I would suggest submitting a private support ticket and provide proof of purchase along with the serial number.
