My new Gyre pump was working great for the last 4 months but it stopped working all of a sudden. All it does now is try to pulse for a few seconds then stop. It doesn't spin at all. I've cleaned it and everything and nothing seems to help.

If you remove the propellers and the cages, does the motor does the same thing when running by itself? Or does the motor run smoothly?

If the pump is under a year old, please submit a private ticket with a copy of the purchase receipt, the serial number on the back of the magnet or box as well as your shipping address. Once the warranty is confirmed, they will send you a new motor block if that is the issue.
