I have this skimmer for less than three years and just wondering if this volute cover and screw is still cover by warranty? If not how much would it cost to ship this parts to Canada. And I'm also needing the rubber feet for the pump base. I lost one of the four. Is this available without the pump base?

What happened to the volute and the screws? Do you have a copy of the purchase receipt? If so, please submit ticket and be sure to attach the receipt and include the pump's model and serial numbers.

The volute is still good other than the 3 metal insert in the volute and the screw had rusted and leached around that area. Unfortunately I don't have the receipt anymore. But I do have the pump's model and serial numbers.
